We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the reins at Glasgow's most talked about rotisserie restaurant, The Kelbourne Saint in Glasgow. This role will be suited for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef looking to take on a new challenge who has a passion for innovation and family-style dining. We won't lie, being a bit bonkers about chicken will certainly be a bonus too!

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and execution of the full menu; ordering and managing stock levels, maintaining the rotisserie throughout service and delivering full flavoured, perfectly cooked food with patience and passion that puts smiles on faces and bums on seats!

The Sous Chef will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, so great leadership and organisational skills will come in very handy. Not going to lie, being a little chicken-crazy will certainly stand you in good stead too...

All our units cook with fresh locally sourced ingredients and give you the opportunity to show your creativity. If you have an affinity for Kickass Burgers, this is just the place for you! You'll also have the opportunity to experiment with daily Specials, cook for Private Events and work in a Glasgow Burger Institution!
