What can we say - we’re a popular bunch. We work with some pretty incredible folk, from our farmers in Airdrie taking care of our meat, to our Fishmongers bringing us in seasonal, sustainable seafood, to all of our wonderful staff.

Our suppliers ensure their first class produce makes its way from their farms, to our kitchens, to your plates. Then of course, there’s you lot - our customers.
